Welcome to The Private Jet App—the most powerful sales tool in the private jet aviation industry. Our platform is designed to enhance the passenger experience by centralizing communication and providing real-time flight information, owner approvals, flight requests, and quotes overview. With The Private Jet App, everything your passengers need for a modern and seamless journey is at their fingertips.

1. Account Creation and Setup

To get started, please fill out our onboarding form [linked here]. Once submitted, we will set up your admin portal and client/passenger application within 24 hours. This setup includes creating your initial Superadmin accounts, which will receive an email to finalize their account setup in the admin portal.

2. Initial Configuration

Upon receiving your Superadmin account details, log in to configure your application.

Navigate to “Account/Settings”:

2.1 Design Application: Navigate to “Account/Settings” then “Design App” to customize your application interface. Assistance is available via support@theprivatejetapp.com if needed.

2.2. Next, let’s invite some other team members: under ““Account/Settings” -> “Team”, invite other in your organization that might need to have access to the admin portal.


2.3. Navigate to “notifications” to administer who in your team will be notified when specific actions occur.

3. Recommended First Steps After Onboarding

  • Create your own App User: Create and approve yourself as an app user.

  • Linking Yourself to an FMS Accounts: Connect yourself to a Leon and/or Schedaero Client Account.

  • Use the Chat Function: Send a message through the app’s chat function to test communication features.

  • Create a Test Flight for yourself: Schedule a test flight to understand when, what and how App Users flight information is conveyed.

  • Request a flight & receive a quote: Learn how app users make requests, how it is received in the Admin Portal and then how Quotes are sent from the admin portal, and received as an app user.

4. Managing Application Users

  • Approving New Users: Admins can approve or reject new app users under the “App Users” section.

  • Linking Users to Their FMS Accounts: For integration with Leon or Schedaero, navigate to “Connect Users” to associate app users with their respective FMS client accounts for seamless data synchronization.
